King Gesar is a legendary warrior king who is invoked as the Guru, the Yidam (meditation deity), the dharma protector, or the wealth deity.
It is said that King Gesar is the embodiment of the lords of the three families, body emanation of Manjushri, the speech emanation of Avalokiteshvara and the mind emanation of Vajrapani. He is also the Guru Rinpoche himself appearing in the form of a drala.
According to Mipham Rinpoche, when practicing Gesar as the Guru, the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, one is able to realize the nature of mind to be inseparable with the guru and attain the supreme siddhi. When practicing Gesar as the Yidam, all obstacles are removed. When practicing Gesar as a dharma protector or wealth deity, then the common siddhis such as the peaceful, enriching, powerful, and wrathful activities can be accomplished without obstacle.
There are many ‘gong-ter’ (mind treasure) related to King Gesar arose spontaneously within the mind of Mipham Rinpoche, which were composed into sadhanas. Therefore there are various practices for specific purposes, such as rituals for protection, longevity, abundance, wealth, enhancing inner confidence and all kinds of success in accordance to Dharma.
These practices enable practitioners to carry out the four activities of pacifying, enriching, magnetizing, and subjugating for the benefits of others.
In this Kaliyuga (age of degeneration), negative emotions such as greed, hatred and delusion are rampant, natural and man-made disasters proliferating, rapid emergence of diseases cause harm to health and shorten lifespan. Therefore, King Gesar invocation is crucial and effective in this age as swift infusion of blessings will be granted and swift fulfillment of all wishes will be attained.
In addition, faith and diligence in the practices benefit ones‘ worldly life, charismatic appearance, eloquent in speech and a mind filled with altruism.
格萨尔王是一位传奇的武士国王，被尊为上师、本尊（冥想神）、护法神或财富神。
格萨尔王是事部三怙主的化身，即佛部文殊菩萨、莲花部观世音菩萨、金刚部金刚手菩萨。他也是莲花生大士，以战神之王的形象化现。
根据麦彭仁波切，修行格萨尔为上师（如意宝）时，能够证悟与上师无二无别的心性，从而证得无上成就。当修行格萨尔本尊时，一切障碍都被消除了。修行格萨尔为护法神或财神时，如寂静、富足、威力、愤怒等一般成就，皆能无障碍成就。
麦彭仁波切为了特定的目的，心间伏藏了许多不同版本的格萨尔修法，例如护法、长寿、富足、财富、增强内心信心和各种符合佛法的成功事业。
其修法使修行者能够为了利他而具足息、增、怀、诛四种功德。在这个末法时代，贪、嗔、痴等负面情绪猖獗，天灾人祸频发，疾病迅速出现，危害健康，缩短寿命。因此， 祈祷格萨尔王在这个时代是至关重要且有效的，可以迅速得到加持，迅速实现一切愿望。
此外，具有信心和精进地修持格萨尔王，其将获得富足的生活、魅力的外表、雄辩的言语和充满利他的心。

Meditation is the best way to refine our thoughts. This method has been passed down by the Supreme Teacher since 2,500 years ago and getting more relevant in the modern era. Daily activities, be it external and internal, have continuously afflicted our mind. This has lead to unmanageable stress and depression.
By practicing effective meditation techniques, ones will be able to develop inner peace, increase awareness, enhance mental health thus handle stress efficiently and positive lifestyle.

Who is H.E Gyangkhang Khentrul Rinpoche?
谁是法王蒋康秋祖仁波切？
The Fourth Gyang Khang Chogtrul Rinpoche was born in India, and recognized when he was a young child, by His Holiness Penor Rinpoche and many other outstanding gurus of his time as the authentic reincarnation of the Third Gyang Khang Chogtrul Rinpoche, and a grand ceremony of installation was held.From a tender age, Gyang Khang Chogtrul Rinpoche studied the Buddhadharma with His Holiness Penor Rinpoche, who looked after him and tutored him as his own child. He was therefore deemed as the Prince of the Dharma, the spiritual son of His Holiness (the successor to the citta-dharma, that is).
At age 15, Gyang Khang Chogtrul Rinpoche received the esoteric teachings of Tantra thus laying the solid foundation for his spiritual practice. At a more mature age, he entered the Ngagyur Nyingma Institute, an affiliated school of Palyul Namdroling Monastery, and later an advanced college of Tibetan Buddhism, where he had outstanding academic performance. Under the guidance of his Root Guru, His Holiness Penor Rinpoche, and many other outstanding gurus of his time, Gyang Khang Chogtrul Rinpoche also accepted a complete training in the study of the sutras and tantras, receiving the empowerments, oral transmissions and pith instructions of the whole Kama and Terma teachings of the Palyul Tradition.
During his study at the Ngagyur Nyingma Institute, Gyang Khang Chogtrul Rinpoche served as the Vice Dean for 3 years. In his fifth year of study, Gyang Khang Chogtrul Rinpoche displayed his profound scriptural knowledge by giving a lengthy discourse on Sangwa Nyingpo (Magical Net Tantra, a Mahayoga Teaching) in front of an assembly of thirty thousand people, lay and ordained, from the various Buddhist traditions in Tibet.
At his graduation, Gyang Khang Chogtrul Rinpoche was honorably conferred the highest degree, and served the post of the Dean of the Ngagyur Nyingma Institute of Palyul Namdroling Monastery, India for 3 years thereafter, accumulating his teaching and administrative experiences accordingly.
第四世蒋康秋祖仁波切为印度「白玉南卓林寺」、以及菩提迦耶「白玉图登谢竹雀开达吉林」之住持;年幼时即由第三世贝诺法王及当今几位尊贵法王共同认证为第三世蒋康堪祖仁波切之转世并举行隆重坐床仪,此后即跟随贝诺法王学习佛法,由法王亲自照料其生活、指导其功课而成为法王之心子(传承心法之子)。
十五岁时接受密法教传课程,从此奠定深厚修学根基,稍长之后进入印度白玉南卓林寺附属机构『雅久宁玛佛学院」以及藏传佛教高等学院就读,功课表现极为优异,并从根本上师贝诺法王及当代许多大成就上师处,完整学习经教与密续,得到宁玛派全部教育传承及所有伏藏教法之灌顶、口传与要诀。
就读佛学院期间担任佛学院副院长三年,于佛学院五年级时曾在三万多名来自西藏各教派僧俗四众面前,讲述「大幻化网密秘精华」,并依此经典立宗论述。佛学院毕业时因学识渊博得到极崇高之学位,毕业后即担任印度「雅久宁玛佛学院」院长三年, 累积许多教学及行政管理等经验。
